Arbor Day Trees
500 Saplings to be distributed to Wellesley fourth graders
Every year, the Rotary Club of Wellesley purchases and bags 500 tree saplings for distribution to Wellesley fourth graders.
 
 
 
 
Susy Jordon, Wellesley Town Horticultural technician, hands out the bagged saplings for to Wellesley fourth graders for planting. She also teaches a lesson on Arbor Day conservation while handing out the trees.
 
Please join us in helping to bag 500 White Spruce seedlings at the DPW parking lot from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, April 17th. All volunteers will receive a 20% discount on tickets to the Taste of Wellesley Event on May 3rd at Elm Bank.
