On September 12th 2018, Rotary Club of Wellesley formally announced the revival of its Rotaract Club, previously known as Rotaract Club of Babson College, which will now be a community-based club and go by the name of Rotaract Club of Wellesley. Rotaract clubs bring together adults ages 18-30 to take action in their communities and develop their leadership and professional skills. Rotary Club of Wellesley will continue to sponsor the club, but the new Rotaractors will manage the club independently.

The club will be run by its new president, Alex DeWeese, a freshman at Wellesley College, who's history with Rotary International includes years of volunteer service and studying abroad through Rotary Youth Exchange. She looks forward to building the club from the ground up by growing membership and getting Rotaract involved in the Wellesley community.
